Liam focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, employee benefit planning, business succession planning, and real estate. Liam grew up in Ann Arbor and attended Community High School and the University of Michigan. He returned to Ann Arbor in 2006 after obtaining his law degree from Michigan State University and a Masters in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Liam has successfully represented clients in will contest litigation, sale of business transactions, corporate mergers and liquidations, ERISA litigation, and tax controversy. He regularly advises small business owners and professional practices in maximizing retirement benefits through qualified retirement planning, and he is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as a retirement plan agent. Liam has completed the Estate Planning Certificate Program through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and takes great satisfaction in advising University of Michigan employees and others in estate planning through his involvement with Hyatt Legal Plans.

Liam identifies heavily with the Ann Arbor area and its residents and is deeply committed to maintaining lasting relationships with individual and business clients in the community. Liam enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time at home with his family in Scio Township.
